Smarther Technologies signs MoU with SRM University, Chennai
The MoU was formalized on September 27, 2025, at SRM University, Chennai. The signing ceremony was graced by the signatures of Dr. G. Nirmala, Ph.D., Professor & Head, Department of Computer Technology, School of Computing, College of Engineering and Technology, and Mr. Rathinakumar Ponnusamy, Founder/CEO of KBP Smarther Solutions Pvt Ltd (KBPSS), Chennai.
The event was attended by senior members of the Faculty of Computing & Information Technology, organized by the University of Technology, with Mr. Sakthivel Manager of Smarther, and other members of the University and Industry were also present.
“This collaboration with SRM University embodies a crucial turning point in our agenda to sponsor the area of technology leaders of tomorrow, ” expressed Mr. Kumar, CEO of Smarther Technologies.
He further said that the partnership “embraces our pledge of constructing thorough and profound collaborations between the industry and the academia which will make students more competent by equipping them with skills required for the corporate world as well as through their innovative thinking.”
Subsequently, Mr. Kumar touched on the point of “great eagerness for working collectively with SRM University to not only provide students with enormous beneficial experiences but also to facilitate the fast progression of technological solutions at the forefront of the field.”
In a nutshell, Smarther Technologies can be named a software company that does most of its work in and around the city of Chennai bringing with it more than a decade plus of the company’s expertise in the industry. As far as the company’s needs are concerned, it has been working in different fields of technology such as the mobile app industry, diverse web design and development projects, and digital marketing initiatives.
